Subject Description
Students will complete a range of topics and assessments that will allow them to explore and explain a range of current issues and events that are relevant to the New Zealand we live in today and into the future. Through the use of different Geographic techniques including information gathering on field trips and other group based learning students will look to examine and explain possible courses of action to address the current and future geographic issues. This understanding will be conveyed in a range of techniques which will include the use of PEEL as a writing technique together with the interpretation of a range of different data.
